Remote Part-Time Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Part‑Time Human Resources Manager to support a global staffing and recruiting leader. The role is focused on handling employee inquiries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations on a flexible, work‑from‑anywhere basis.

Key responsibilities

• Answer employee questions regarding benefits, policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and off‑boarding departing staff.
• Monitor and report on compliance with federal, state and local labour laws.
• Collaborate with management to resolve workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a human‑resources support role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
