Remote Telephone Sales Executive

About the role

WeMasterTrade is seeking a motivated Telephone Sales Executive to work remotely from Kenya. You will engage prospective and existing customers via phone, email, WhatsApp and SMS, presenting our trading products and supporting the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100‑150 outbound calls daily to generate new business.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals and partnerships.
• Present product features, recommend suitable packages and guide customers through registration and purchase.
• Maintain ongoing relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Execute bulk WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Update CRM records, track interactions and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Based in Kenya with a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
• Fluent in English; Swahili is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, call‑center or customer service.
• Experience in Forex, trading or fintech is advantageous.

• VoIP systems and cloud call‑center platforms.
• Auto‑dialers, bulk WhatsApp and bulk SMS tools.
• Email marketing platforms.
• CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
