About the role
As a Renewals Specialist for the MEA region, you will manage existing accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through cross‑selling and upselling. You will act as the main point of contact for Arabic‑speaking clients, helping them maximize the value of SOCRadar’s cybersecurity solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with MEA clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Assess customer satisfaction through calls, surveys, and meetings, addressing concerns promptly.
- Identify and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, preparing tailored proposals.
- Monitor account performance and usage data to spot growth trends.
- Prepare detailed account reports for management and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive account strategy.
- Participate in product training to stay current on industry trends and new features.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in renewals or sales within the MEA region.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through cross‑selling and upselling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
