Renewals Specialist – MEA (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

SOCRadar is seeking a Renewals Specialist for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region who is fluent in Arabic and English. You will manage existing accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through cross‑selling and upselling of our cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with MEA clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular satisfaction checks via calls, surveys, and meetings, addressing issues promptly.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, preparing tailored proposals and presentations.
• Monitor account performance and usage data to spot trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare detailed account reports for management and collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Support regional growth strategies and assist with promotional campaigns for existing customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or sales within the MEA region.
• Fluent Arabic and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets through cross‑selling and upselling.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
