Residential Manager – Otsego Region

About the role

Springbrook is seeking a compassionate and organized Residential Manager to lead one of its community homes in the Otsego Region. You will create a safe, supportive environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges, while guiding a team of Direct Support Professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned residential home, ensuring safety, serenity, and compliance with all regulations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and retain Assistant Residential Managers and Direct Support Professionals.
• Manage staff scheduling, time‑and‑attendance, PTO requests, and performance reviews.
• Conduct life‑plan meetings, assessments, and clinical reviews of habilitation plans, Medicaid billing, and documentation.
• Maintain 24‑hour on‑call rotation and respond to health‑ and safety‑related incidents.
• Collaborate with families, legal guardians, advocates, and treatment teams.
• Ensure adherence to 633/624/625 regulations, incident reporting, and safety‑hazard remediation.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range $60,500 – $64,500 per year.
• $1,500 sign‑on bonus for new hires.
• Standard schedule Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4 pm with one weekend day per month; flexibility for evenings, overnights, holidays as needed.
