Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily dining operations at our Westlands location. You will motivate both front‑of‑house and kitchen teams while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict health‑safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise opening, closing and all front‑of‑house activities.
• Recruit, train, schedule and motivate kitchen and service staff.
• Track inventory, order supplies and minimise food waste.
• Greet guests, resolve complaints and uphold high service standards.
• Monitor daily sales, manage cash registers and control expenses.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation protocols across the restaurant.
• Promote menu items and implement initiatives to boost sales.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in a busy restaurant, café or hospitality setting.
• Valid food handler’s certificate, good conduct certificate and knowledge of local public health standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
