Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

SOCRadar is looking for a highly analytical and execution‑focused Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale its global Revenue Operations function. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and executive leadership to design scalable go‑to‑market processes and drive predictable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s Revenue Operations strategy and support GTM planning with executive leadership.
• Optimize end‑to‑end sales processes, including territory planning, lead routing, opportunity lifecycle management, forecasting methodology and commission calculations.
• Partner with Customer Success to improve onboarding workflows, renewal management, expansion opportunities, health scoring, churn prediction and lifecycle reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead scoring, lead routing, attribution reporting, campaign performance and MQL‑to‑SQL conversion.
• Own and continuously improve the Salesforce CRM – governance, data quality, automation, workflow optimization, dashboard creation, user adoption, security and permissions.
• Build executive dashboards covering pipeline health, win rate, sales velocity, forecast accuracy, customer retention, renewal performance, SDR productivity and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex operational challenges.
• Experience designing scalable GTM processes and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment, wear multiple hats and take ownership of initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and executive teams.
