About the role

The Salary Loan Officer will promote salary‑based loan products across the Rift Valley region, identify eligible borrowers, and ensure timely repayments while keeping accurate client records.

Key responsibilities

Promote salary‑based loan products to potential customers.
Identify and assess eligible borrowers.
Follow up on loan repayments and manage delinquent accounts.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in salary lending.
