Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Representative will work on‑site in Ongata Rongai, promoting Platinum Credit Limited’s financial products to civil servants, TSC members and employees of partner organisations. The role combines client relationship management, product sales and the implementation of marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell a range of financial products, including loans and asset finance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Follow up on leads, prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Background in sales and marketing, preferably within the financial sector.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Relevant academic qualification (diploma or degree) in sales, marketing or a related field.
• Experience in training or mentoring team members is a plus.
