Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking two energetic and target‑driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Ongata Rongai. You will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our retail, fashion and FMCG products, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct client visits and product presentations.
• Follow up on leads and close sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Required profile

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident and target‑oriented.
• Must be between 22 and 35 years old and based in or willing to work in Ongata Rongai.
