Sales Executive – Field Sales (Ongata Rongai)

About the role

Mattress Point is looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join its growing team in Ongata Rongai. The role focuses on field sales, promoting mattresses and related home‑product lines to a variety of customers. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking and prospecting.
• Visit potential clients such as hotels, schools, institutions and retail outlets to showcase products.
• Present and demonstrate mattresses, explain features and benefits, and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after‑sales support.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor information.
• Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• Entry‑level candidates or fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing or business development is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in or relocate to Ongata Rongai.
