Sales and Onboarding Officer

About the role

As a Sales & Business Onboarding Officer you will identify, pitch, and onboard service providers onto the Resarv Booking Platform and R‑Fit Fitness Ecosystem, helping merchants automate reservations, reduce no‑shows and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect qualified service providers across target sectors in Nairobi and beyond.
• Deliver high‑converting sales pitches and live product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and convert prospective merchants into active platform partners.
• Guide new partners through account setup, service profile creation, calendar configuration and go‑live training.
• Build long‑term partnerships and provide after‑sales support to drive retention.
• Track activity metrics and submit weekly pipeline reports to sales leadership.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on sales, account executive or onboarding experience in software/services.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, resilient and able to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Outstanding communication and consultative sales presentation abilities.
• Strong relationship‑management capabilities.
