About the role
This internship supports Simplepay's sales and collection functions across Kenya. You will gain hands‑on experience in account review, lead generation, payment negotiations and customer onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.
- Support marketing activities and generate sales leads.
- Help negotiate payment schedules with customers.
- Collect customer payments according to due dates.
- Participate in KYC verification and due‑diligence processes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the team.
Required profile
- General education at diploma level or higher (degree preferred).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous internship experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate and work in any region of Kenya.
