Sales & Customer Service Intern

About the role

AutoXpress Limited is offering a six‑month internship for recent graduates eager to gain hands‑on experience in automotive retail, sales support, and customer service. The role provides exposure to daily store operations, product knowledge, and sales strategies within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and assist in delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Support store operations including cash handling, visual merchandising, and compliance with safety and security standards.
• Participate in sales activities, product promotion, and analysis of sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of automotive products, accessories, and installation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in retail operations, customer service and sales with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
