About the role

Join Print Shop’s three‑month internship programme as a Sales & Customer Service Intern, supporting customers from initial enquiry through order completion in a fast‑paced printing and design environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their printing, design, or photography requirements.
  • Provide information on available products and services.
  • Assist with quotations, orders and customer enquiries.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ongoing jobs.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
  • Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to introduce relevant services.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requests and orders.

Required profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication, Customer Service or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
  • Positive, professional and service‑oriented attitude.
