Sales Distribution Specialist

About the role

The Sales Distribution Specialist will manage day‑to‑day sales activities for Eastpak Distributers in Kajiado County, Kenya, focusing on client acquisition, relationship management and product promotion to achieve distribution targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Promote products and meet distribution sales targets.
• Coordinate order processing and track deliveries.
• Engage with customers, address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare regular sales reports.
• Support training and collaboration within the sales team to improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in training, team building and collaboration.
• Relevant experience in distribution, logistics or FMCG sales.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kajiado County and travel locally as needed.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred.
