Sales Executive – Construction Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote construction machinery and equipment to a range of clients including contractors, developers, engineering firms, and hardware distributors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and delivering technical sales solutions to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell construction machinery and equipment.
• Conduct client visits and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Build long‑term customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support equipment installation and after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling construction equipment, heavy machinery, engineering or industrial products.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
