Sales Executive (Electrical)

About the role

A premier electric motor and rotating equipment repair and rewind company based in Kenya is hiring a Sales Executive in Nairobi to support its sales operations and client relationship management. The company serves industrial clients with repair, rewinding and servicing of electric motors and rotating equipment. The role covers promoting products and services to new and existing clients, following up, preparing contracts and analysing sales data.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct marketing and outreach activities to selected clients and potential clients.
• Follow up with clients efficiently by phone and in writing.
• Schedule and run client meetings to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Learn the product range and its key selling points.
• Work with the team to communicate lead times and manage client expectations.
• Prepare, edit and finalise client contracts as required.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
• Analyse sales data and prepare reports to inform strategy and improve performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, client management or marketing roles is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, disciplined and able to follow up consistently.
