About the role

AMG Realtors is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive land sales in Nairobi's Westlands area. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering excellent after‑sale service to clients.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect new clients, both corporate and individual, to generate business opportunities.
Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual land‑sales targets.
Schedule appointments, conduct product demonstrations and present pricing and payment options.
Track all leads and sales activities in the CRM system and submit regular performance reports.
Coordinate site visits, handle client inquiries, and follow up on payments.
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent support and guidance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Proven ability to sell with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High standards of professionalism, discipline, punctuality, honesty and loyalty.
Excellent results orientation, positive attitude and strong business acumen.
