Sales Executive – Manufacturing (Building & Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth and market penetration for our manufacturing products in the building and construction sector. The role involves achieving revenue targets, managing key distributor accounts and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Conduct field visits to hardware stores, distributors, contractors, developers and construction sites to generate new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, consultants and distributors.
• Manage key customer accounts, handle inquiries, complaints and provide product and technical support.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and after‑sales service with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
• Support local marketing campaigns, product promotions and site branding initiatives.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Supervise and coach sales team members to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, building and construction or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and strategic planning abilities.
• Results‑driven, target‑oriented mindset with leadership experience.
