Sales Executive – Used Cars

About the role

ANSHIN CO. LTD, a leading Japanese used‑car exporter, is seeking a self‑driven Sales Executive to expand its customer base in Kenya. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting prospective buyers for imported vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and qualify new customers and sales opportunities through calls, social media, referrals, walk‑ins and other channels.
• Understand customers’ vehicle needs and recommend suitable models based on preferences and budget.
• Communicate vehicle specifications, pricing, importation processes and other product information clearly.
• Maintain a strong, long‑term relationship with prospects and existing customers.
• Keep an organized sales pipeline and record all interactions in the company CRM.
• Follow up consistently to convert qualified leads into sales and meet or exceed targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to purchase.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑driven with at least 24 months of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
