About the role
Jubilee Life Insurance Limited is seeking enthusiastic Sales Interns to support the growth of its agency network across Kenya. Interns will work under the guidance of a Sales Manager, learning how to distribute insurance solutions and expand market share.
Key responsibilities
- Attend product and skill training sessions to understand Jubilee Life’s insurance offerings.
- Prospect in the market and present Jubilee products to potential customers.
- Solicit and procure new business on behalf of the company.
- Service clients and relay client information to the company.
- Uphold the company’s brand image and comply with industry codes and regulations.
- Achieve sales targets for new policies, annualized premiums, persistency, and gross written premiums.
- Participate in sales meetings for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Graduate, diploma or certificate holder with at least a C- grade in KCSE.
- Proficient in IT and digital tools.
- Self‑driven, positive attitude, disciplined and a go‑getter.
