About the role
The Sales Intern will support the sales team by greeting customers and understanding their printing, design, or photography needs. The role involves providing product information, assisting with quotations and orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their printing, design or photography requirements.
- Provide customers with information on available products and services.
- Assist with quotations, orders and customer enquiries.
- Follow up on customer requests and ongoing jobs.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
- Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to introduce customers to relevant services.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer requests and orders.
