Sales Manager – Automotive Tyres

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the automotive tyre business, driving new business acquisition, reactivating dormant accounts, and ensuring revenue targets are met. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, fostering strong relationships and maximizing sales share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
• Achieve revenue targets and sales budgets for assigned accounts.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and increase trading frequency.
• Handle customer issues and ensure timely payment collection within approved credit terms.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing to tailor client proposals.
• Arrange meetings between client decision‑makers and company leadership.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales plans and activity reports.
• Update all customer interactions in Zoho CRM.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience with a proven record in new business acquisition and account reactivation.
• Strong exposure to the tyre industry and related automotive products (batteries, shocks, wiper blades, bulbs, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven, ambitious and comfortable working under targets.
