Sales & Marketing Specialist – HR Services

About the role

We are an outsourcing and Employer of Record (EOR) payroll company operating across East and West Africa. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of our HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, immigration support, and workforce management services in Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and secure new clients for HR outsourcing services.
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and networking to prospect companies.
• Schedule and deliver client meetings, presentations, demos and prepare service proposals and quotations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update the CRM system, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and service information.
• Respond to client inquiries, produce sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Build and nurture relationships with HR managers, CEOs, operations and finance leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in recruitment, HR services, outsourcing or staffing.
• Proven track record of selling corporate HR solutions.
• Knowledge of the Kenyan labour market is an advantage.
• Strong ability to manage pipelines, schedules and documentation.
