Sales Officers - Alternative Channels

About the role

Liberty Life Assurance Kenya is looking for motivated, customer‑focused Sales Officers to join its Alternative Channels team. Officers will be seconded to strategic business partners to grow the retail life insurance portfolio while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance products.
• Prospect, engage and convert customers within designated partner locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partner staff.
• Provide professional financial and insurance advisory services.
• Ensure compliance with IRA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or related field (bachelor’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum one (1) year of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP/ECOP) or other relevant insurance qualifications.
• Valid Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) licence.

• Good digital literacy and ability to use digital sales platforms.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
