Sales Representative - Branding, Signage & Advertising

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Sales Representative for its branding, signage and advertising business, based in the industrial area. The role covers business development, client acquisition, relationship management and sales reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research, and build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their needs and recommend branding, signage, printing and advertising solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms and convert leads into sales while meeting assigned targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with current and new clients, follow up regularly and handle inquiries professionally.
• Keep accurate records of leads, prospects, quotations and sales, track pending quotations and progress against targets, and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and report emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams so client requirements are met, follow up on ongoing projects and orders, and provide after-sales support.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the branding, signage, printing or advertising industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients and hit sales targets.
• Experience in B2B sales and business development is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
