Sales Representative – Custom Sportswear

About the role

We are looking for energetic, network‑driven Sales Representatives to promote our custom sportswear to football clubs, academies, wholesalers and retail buyers in Nairobi. You will work on the field, building relationships and turning prospects into repeat customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and approach local football clubs, youth academies and corporate sports teams to offer custom teamwear solutions.
• Visit major sportswear hubs such as Nairobi CBD and Gikomba to develop relationships with apparel wholesalers and shop owners.
• Present fabric samples, designs and mock‑ups, and coordinate order details, logo customization, quantities and delivery schedules with the production team.
• Maintain ongoing communication with team managers and equipment directors to secure repeat orders.

Required profile

• Proven B2B or field sales experience, preferably in sportswear, apparel or sports management.
• Strong existing contacts with local sports clubs, academies, coaches or apparel wholesalers in Kenya.
• Fluent in English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
• Self‑driven, high‑energy and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
