About the role
Human Capital Outsourcing Limited is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its team in Thika. The position is full‑time and focuses on the Retail, Fashion and FMCG sectors. The successful candidate will work on the ground, engaging directly with franchisees and distributors to promote the company’s product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to develop a professional sales career within a dynamic market.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in the Retail, Fashion and FMCG sectors.
- Focus on franchise and distributor channels, conducting field visits and product presentations.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and report sales performance to management.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum three years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience working with franchise or distributor networks.
- Strong field sales background is preferred.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from KES 60,000 to KES 75,000 per month.
