About the role
The Sales Representative will drive the growth of Mayro Trading Perfumes by promoting our fragrance portfolio to retail outlets in Nairobi. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring product availability and delivering an excellent buying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for assigned outlets.
- Introduce new perfume products and promotional offers to customers.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Gather market feedback on customer preferences and emerging trends.
- Submit accurate daily sales reports to management.
- Maintain optimal product availability across all assigned retail locations.
- Monitor shelf positioning and ensure attractive product presentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Certificate in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of proven sales experience.
- Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty products, FMCG or retail sales is highly preferred.
