Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our sales development teams. The role focuses on early‑career professionals, helping them master prospecting, closing, objection handling and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement on‑site training programs, with occasional virtual sessions.
• Train SDRs and BDRs on core sales skills such as prospecting, closing, objection handling, and follow‑up.
• Provide individual and group coaching to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with Sales and HR teams to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Track key performance indicators and adjust training content accordingly.
• Create and update training materials to reflect best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the sales organization.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably as a BDR or SDR.
• 1‑2 years in a leadership or coaching role.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
• Proven experience in sales training and coaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire early‑career professionals.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar).
