Senior Business Partner (Volunteer)

About the role

Omollo Tours is seeking a Senior Business Partner to join its team on a volunteer basis. The role will support the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence by working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to refine business strategy and identify new market opportunities.
• Develop and nurture partnerships within the travel, tourism and hospitality sectors.
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize processes and contribute to budgeting and resource planning.
• Support business development initiatives, marketing and sales plans.
• Engage with stakeholders, mentor team members and represent the organization at networking events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic business planning and partnership development, preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Strong interest in the tourism industry and ability to think creatively.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring or coaching experience.
• Familiarity with the Kenyan market and regional travel trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, Economics or equivalent experience.
