Senior Content Designer

About the role

As a Senior Content Designer you will own the quality and strategic direction of content for a product squad, shaping experiences that are clear, inclusive, and emotionally engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end content design strategy from discovery through launch and iteration, partnering with product managers, designers and engineers.
• Craft high‑quality microcopy, interface text, error messages, help content and documentation, ensuring tone, clarity and consistency.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, usability tests, A/B experiments, content audits, analytics) and use insights to inform design decisions.
• Lead and mentor junior content designers, drive alignment across cross‑functional teams, and evolve content design style guides.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a content designer, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in fast‑changing environments where processes are still being defined.
• Exceptional knowledge of content design principles, inclusive design and product thinking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping and collaboration.
• Experience with A/B testing, UX metrics, data interpretation and driving research initiatives.
• Ability to create and maintain reusable content design patterns and components.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow or content creation is a plus.
