Senior FP&A Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Professional to join our Finance Planning & Analysis team. You will play a key part in month‑end close, reporting, forecasting and budgeting for a technology services business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑close analysis in partnership with controllership.
• Publish standard monthly reports on schedule.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Prepare travel, expense, professional fees and other expense reports.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analyses to meet management requests.
• Support the forecast and budgeting cycle, including schedule preparation and detailed workings.
• Identify and implement system, process and reporting improvements, including UAT testing.

Required profile

• 5 + years of experience in FP&A, reporting, forecasting and budgeting, preferably in the tech services industry.
• Proven ability to work with mid‑ and senior‑level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charting).
• Excellent PowerPoint for presentation creation.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion or similar ERP/reporting platforms.
• Experience with Anaplan planning tool.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
