Senior Manager, People & Change (HR Consulting)

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Manager to lead People & Change consulting services in Kenya. The role will guide clients on strategic human capital initiatives, aligning HR strategies with business growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver client engagements, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Provide technical direction and training to engagement teams.
• Drive revenue and profit targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and contribute to proposal development.
• Support team recruitment, mentoring, on‑the‑job development and retention.
• Participate in community initiatives, thought‑leadership activities and CPD compliance.
• Ensure 100% compliance with quality, risk management policies and billing procedures.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Professional HR certifications such as IHRM, SPHRi, PROSCI or Digital HR.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on human capital.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale engagements and manage revenue targets.
