About the role
Lead the development, implementation and growth of FSD Africa's Congo Basin and Francophone Nature Finance portfolio, driving nature‑positive financial outcomes across priority markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead programme development, implementation and expansion in the Congo Basin and Francophone markets.
- Oversee programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
- Mobilise resources, manage finances and ensure risk oversight.
- Build strategic relationships that advance nature‑positive market outcomes.
- Strengthen internal capability and institutional knowledge.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leading complex finance‑related programmes in emerging markets.
- Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders and develop strategic partnerships.
