Senior Manager, Retrofit Sales

About the role

Evac is looking for a commercially driven Senior Manager to lead growth in its retrofit and modernization business. The role focuses on creating and delivering value‑based retrofit solutions for marine and cruise customers, acting as a strategic partner to shape long‑term propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and convert a robust sales pipeline to drive sustainable retrofit revenue.
• Design and execute innovative go‑to‑market strategies, commercial models and value propositions.
• Engage senior and C‑suite stakeholders to align solutions with long‑term business objectives.
• Lead consultative, value‑based sales cycles, matching proposals to customer KPIs such as profitability, sustainability and efficiency.
• Negotiate and close complex, long‑cycle deals with strategic customers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional pre‑sales teams to ensure feasibility and delivery readiness.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and insight capture.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to expand retrofit adoption.

Required profile

• Proven track record in complex B2B sales, preferably in marine or industrial sectors.
• Experience managing long‑cycle opportunities and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and deal‑closing abilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
