Senior Medical Billing & RCM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Billing & RCM Specialist to manage U.S. revenue cycle activities for our clients. The role is fully remote and requires 15–40 hours per week, aligning with U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day U.S. medical billing, claim submission, denial management and accounts receivable.
• Prepare, review and submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers, and handle claim corrections, appeals and reconsiderations.
• Perform insurance follow‑up, EOB/ERA review, payment posting and account reconciliation as needed.
• Work with clearinghouses, payer portals, EHR/EMR systems and billing platforms while maintaining accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on U.S. medical billing experience in a healthcare practice or clinic.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. revenue cycle, CPT, ICD‑10‑CM, HCPCS and related modifiers.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and meet productivity expectations.
