Senior Salesforce Business Analyst – Health Cloud Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a senior Salesforce Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to lead a healthcare‑focused Salesforce initiative. The role is fully remote and contract‑based, requiring end‑to‑end ownership from requirements gathering through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce‑based healthcare solutions.
• Translate healthcare workflows into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and technical documentation.
• Design and document Salesforce enhancements, automation processes and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Define and document integration requirements between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination and release documentation.
• Create wireframes, data mappings, workflow diagrams and process documentation.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce functionality and integration‑related issues.
• Ensure solutions comply with healthcare data privacy standards such as HIPAA.
• Provide recommendations for platform optimisation, scalability and process improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce platforms.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Background in healthcare, digital health, insurance or patient‑care environments.
• Experience coordinating independently with offshore or distributed teams (a plus).
• Relevant Salesforce or Agile certifications (preferred).
