Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. This fully remote position will oversee a distributed recruitment team, design scalable acquisition workflows, and ensure efficient onboarding across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline sourcing and onboarding.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify improvements and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics tools.
• Data‑driven decision‑making ability for recruitment optimization.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to prioritize across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with global compliance requirements in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination between internal teams and external partners.
