About the role

Join an award‑winning UK‑based management consulting firm as a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist. You will own the brand’s digital presence, creating and repurposing content, managing email campaigns, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end social media posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
• Repurpose video content and scripts into platform‑specific posts with strategic scheduling.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Edit videos for social media and content repurposing.
• Support creation and optimisation of ads across digital channels.
• Explore new marketing channels and content opportunities.
• Maintain KPI reports to track performance.
• Take full ownership of tasks and deliver results without supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in social media management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Highly proactive self‑starter with a “doer” mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and execute with precision.
• Experience with ChatGPT or other AI content tools.
