Social Media Marketing Intern

About the role

Join Salute iWorld, Kenya’s largest authorized Apple reseller, as a Social Media Marketing Intern. You will support the growth of our digital presence and help promote Apple products, services, and in‑store events across key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand Salute iWorld’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns that align with brand and sales objectives.
• Create and curate engaging visual and written content, schedule posts, and respond to audience interactions promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, and customer‑service teams to highlight new product launches, offers, and Apple‑related services.
• Track digital trends, recommend improvements, and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics.
• Interest in Apple products or consumer electronics retail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
