Solutions Team Admin Intern

About the role

Afratech Ltd, a hospitality, security and access solutions provider in Mombasa, is seeking a Solutions Team Admin Intern. You will work alongside experienced team members in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the solutions team with pre‑sales and project activities and gaining exposure to technical solution design.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in generating accurate and competitive quotations following company procedures.
• Help develop tailored solutions that meet customers’ technical requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to design, implement and deploy customized solutions.
• Provide technical support during pre‑sales and project implementation phases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reports for internal and client use.
• Identify opportunities for process, tool and methodology improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and quickly understand product components.
• Residency in Mombasa.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or IT solutions (a plus).
