Sourcing & Procurement Officer

About the role

The Sourcing & Procurement Officer will support Beauty Duty’s fast‑growing e‑commerce platform by identifying, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers to ensure a diverse, high‑quality product range at competitive prices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new local and international suppliers for skincare, haircare, cosmetics, wellness and beauty products.
• Research product quality, pricing, reliability and market demand; obtain catalogs, samples and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and supply agreements; compare quotations and recommend optimal sourcing options.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance to address issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs with the Product Manager and recommend replenishment plans.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to track industry trends and emerging products.

Required profile

• Proactive and commercially minded individual with strong negotiation abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for procurement reporting.
