Spa & Wellness Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Spa & Wellness Therapist to join our hotel’s spa team in Amboseli. The role involves delivering personalized therapeutic and relaxation treatments that meet our high hospitality standards, while ensuring guest comfort and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and conduct professional consultations to assess their needs.
• Recommend and deliver appropriate spa treatments, including body scrubs, manicures, and pedicures.
• Maintain treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
• Promote and upsell hotel spa packages to maximize revenue.
• Support fellow hotel team members during busy periods.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum two years of experience in a hotel or luxury spa environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
