Speech Therapist – Full‑time Positions

About the role

We are seeking qualified Speech Therapists to provide individual and group speech‑language therapy to children across multiple school sites in Long Island, NY. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver services outlined in each child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group speech‑language therapy sessions as specified in students’ IEPs.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate daily log notes, track progress, and prepare progress reports.
• Perform initial and supplemental speech evaluations on a fee‑for‑service basis.
• Participate in productivity enhancement bonus programs.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech/Language Pathology or Communication Sciences from an accredited institution.
• Valid NYS certification as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped or equivalent.
• Current registration with the NYS Education Department to practice as a Speech Pathologist.
