Startup Lawyer and Employee Shareholder

About the role

Gamezon Space Corporation is seeking a highly strategic Startup Lawyer who will also become an employee shareholder. The role provides legal leadership for a fast‑growing multinational e‑commerce and technology company and supports its global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a legal strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Advise the President, executive team, and board on funding, partnerships, market entry and corporate governance.
• Manage corporate formation, registration, and governance for the Group and its subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review shareholder agreements, founder agreements, board resolutions, investment documentation and corporate policies.
• Provide legal support for fundraising rounds, venture capital investments, convertible instruments and investor rights.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, contract management and employment law matters.
• Support international expansion, cross‑border transactions and due‑diligence processes.

Required profile

• Law degree and admission to practice law.
• Significant experience in startup, technology and corporate law.
• Proven track record in fundraising, corporate governance and cross‑border transactions.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to become an employee shareholder.
