About the role

The Strategic Alliance Manager will drive hyper‑local brand visibility, institutional engagement and student lead generation for StudyIn across assigned Indian territories. Acting as the bridge between central marketing and on‑ground execution, the role ensures campaigns translate into branch‑level growth and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build long‑term relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and language academies to strengthen regional presence.
• Activate and nurture institutional accounts through structured engagement plans and continuous follow‑up.
• Maintain a pipeline of partners, aligning outreach with academic calendars for timely activities.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver student outreach initiatives such as seminars, workshops and webinars within partner institutions.
• Organise branch‑level events, education fairs and university delegate visits to boost student participation.
• Calendarise city‑level activities and monthly outreach schedules for consistent market presence.
• Identify local branding opportunities (standees, posters, kiosks) and coordinate offline visibility campaigns near educational clusters.
• Support tactical activations like pop‑up experiences and networking sessions to increase walk‑ins.
