Strategic Customer Success Manager – Google Marketing & Cloud

About the role

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager you will act as the primary liaison between TRKKN’s clients and the Google Marketing & Cloud solutions portfolio. You will ensure client satisfaction, drive commercial growth and help customers advance their digital maturity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts across the DACH region, building strong, long‑term relationships.
• Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities to increase TRKKN’s revenue.
• Oversee the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external technology partners to solve client challenges.
• Conduct account analyses, business reviews and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Provide regular project updates and address any issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry trends to offer relevant guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management within the tech or digital‑marketing sector.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German (minimum C1).
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% within the DACH region.
