Strategic Integrator

About the role

The Strategic Integrator will lead and coordinate agency‑wide IT modernization initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with organizational priorities. This position involves managing complex business systems, analyzing operational impacts, and guiding cross‑functional teams through change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and track deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project milestones, identify systemic risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct studies of business operations, workflows, and program requirements to support modernization.
• Evaluate system changes for operational, staffing, training, and organizational impacts.
• Serve as project manager for WHD modernization initiatives involving business systems and information resources.
• Prepare project documentation, monitor implementation progress, and align initiatives with agency priorities.
• Analyze conflicting business requirements, assess trade‑offs, and recommend optimizations for enterprise operations.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to obtain required security clearance.
• Probationary period may apply if requirements are not met.
• Specialized experience equivalent to GS‑12 level, including liaison for agency‑wide IT initiatives, enterprise IT planning, and managing complex IT system integrations.
• Experience with federal information security and data handling compliance.
